Orders
We request
information from you on our order forms (like name
and phone number) and financial information (like
credit card number, expiration date). This
information is used for billing purposes and to
fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing
an order, this contact information is used to get
in touch with you.
Newbieclub.com
is owned by Roglan International whose partners are
Joe Robson and Tom Glander, and all Credit Card
payments are made to Roglan International. Please
remember this as your Credit Card Statement will
show a transaction made between yourself and Roglan
International and not Newbieclub.com. Confirmation
email is always sent after any order.
Credit
Card Security
Our sophisticated
credit card ordering system is totally secure in
every possible respect because we take every
precaution to protect your information. When you
submit sensitive information via the Website, your
information is protected both on-line and off-line.
When our order form asks you to enter sensitive
information (such as credit card number) that
information is encrypted and is protected with the
best encryption software in the industry - SSL.
Your
card and personal details are absolutely safe
because we operate our own Merchant Account through
highly respected Concord EFS and Authorize.Net
payment system, along with our equally respected
Web hosting company Virtualis - one the leaders in
the industry.
To
show that you are on a secure page, such as
our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web
browsers such as Netscape Navigator becomes locked,
as opposed to
unlocked, or open, when you are just ‘surfing’.
In Microsoft Internet Explorer, the lock symbol
appears only when you're on a secure site.
Additionally, the prefix "http" is
replaced with "https" when you are on a
secure page, and a key
may
appear, depending on your browser model.

thereby saving time while on our site. If you are
