Some of the services at our site require you to give us your personal information like your name, email address and the URL of your web site.
Your personal information is only used to contact you for the information or services requested by you. It is never used to contact you for any other purpose. We shall never disclose your personal information to any third party.

Recommend a Friend
The Recommend a Friend form requires you to give us you and your friend's name and email address. Neither you nor your friend's name and email address will be given to any third party by us. If you have not unchecked the "Send me a copy of what's sent to my friend" check-box, you will be sent a confirmation that your message has been sent to your friend. Unless your friend specifically requests information about our services, he/she shall never receive any communication from us.

We have taken the necessary security measures to ensure personal information remains confidential and that no third party can obtain unauthorized access to it.

Newbie Club eMagazine Subscribers
If you wish to subscribe to our eMagazine, we ask for contact information such as
your first name and email address.

Your name is used only to personalize your Magazine, for example, Hi John, or Hello Janet.

You can unsubscribe at any time by sending a blank email to unsubscribe@newbie.com from the email address you used to subscribe with. More detailed information about subscriptions is on the subscription management page.

Orders
We request information from you on our order forms (like name and phone number) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with you.

Newbieclub.com is owned by Roglan International whose partners are Joe Robson and Tom Glander, and all Credit Card payments are made to Roglan International. Please remember this as your Credit Card Statement will show a transaction made between yourself and Roglan International and not Newbieclub.com. Confirmation email is always sent after any order.

Credit Card Security
Our sophisticated credit card ordering system is totally secure in every possible respect because we take every precaution to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the Website, your information is protected both on-line and off-line. When our order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL.

Your card and personal details are absolutely safe because we operate our own Merchant Account through highly respected Concord EFS and Authorize.Net payment system, along with our equally respected Web hosting company Virtualis - one the leaders in the industry.

To show that you are on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator becomes locked,  as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just ‘surfing’. In Microsoft Internet Explorer, the lock symbol The lock symbol is your sign of security appears only when you're on a secure site. Additionally, the prefix "http" is replaced with "https" when you are on a secure page, and a keyOnly you have the key to your valuable informationmay appear, depending on your browser model.
